Özak Global was founded in 1985 with the establishment of Özak Tekstil. Since then, it has expanded its operations to include various sectors such as tourism, construction, real estate investment trusts, and facility management. Özak Global is one of the pillars of the Turkish economy with its highly skilled workforce, strong financing structure, foresight and analysis, strategy development skills, and belief in innovation, as well as its core values in every sector in which it operates.


Özak Global continues to add value to life with its Aktay Turizm, Özak Tekstil, Özak Gyo, Int-Er Yapı, and Akyön Tesis Yönetimi companies, with its deep-rooted and successful history of nearly half a century and its competence in sectors that are different but share a complementary service culture.


In 2004, Özak Global founded Aktay Turizm, leveraging its expertise and forward-thinking approach in the service sector. Recognizing the immense tourism potential in Turkey, Aktay Tourism ventured into the industry and commenced operations in 2007 with Ela Excellence Resort Belek. Ela Excellence Resort Belek has been giving away tailored holiday experiences and maintaining international quality standards since its establishment. It is also the first hotel in Turkey to offer a dedicated children-and-family concept.


Aktay Tourism plans to further bring Özak Global's corporate culture and quality approach to the tourism sector and launch new holiday concepts with innovative ideas in Muğla Bodrum, Antalya Kemer, Antalya Demre, and Aydın Didim.

We, as ELA Excellence, are aware of our responsibility towards the environment, employees and society by responding to the holiday demands of local and foreign guests for accommodation, rest, food and beverage, sports and entertainment purposes, believing in continuous improvement and acting with the Integrated Sustainable Tourism Policy in our activities; we are committed to:


  • Comply with all national and international laws, regulations, standards, legislative norms and customer requirements and fully meet the requirements,
  • Take and implement the necessary measures to protect our guests and employees from accidents and diseases that may occur while performing our operations, as well as to ensure safe working conditions,
